After the enev-kit is installed by us or the elevator company, maintenance is performed once a year by the maintenance partner of the lift system. There are seven maintenance steps for the enev-kit e5 (RAS):
- Visual Inspection of the Suction Hole: Check for any obstructions or damages that might impact the system’s performance.
- Inspection of Piping: Ensure the piping is not damaged, polluted, and the control unit is functioning correctly.
- Filter Replacement: Replace the old filter with a new one to maintain efficiency and airflow.
- Airflow Function Test: Briefly open the channel to exceed the air volume threshold to create a system fault and ensure proper function.
- CO2 Sensor System Function Test: Use CO2 test spray to exceed the threshold value and force the opening of the NSHEV (Natural Smoke and Heat Exhaust Ventilator).
- Smoke Detector Function Test: Activate the alarm status and reset it using test spray to check the system’s response.
- Visual Inspection: Ensure there are no remaining alarms or malfunctions after the tests.
- Documentation: Record the maintenance test in the attached test report for future reference and compliance.
