Significant Savings for Health Center
The health center “Medicum am KBO” was built in 2022 on the site of the Bremen-East Clinic in Germany. The rental space has now been transferred to the users. The approximately 4,900 m² of rentable space to be realized extends over 6 levels from the ground floor to the 5th floor. For this project, 3 tenants were attracted from the sector of post-hospital care / short-term care for adults and children. All three tenants have access to a cafeteria on the ground floor, which is operated by the main tenant, and to garden areas. In this project, the direct proximity of the Bremen-East Clinic has a favorable effect on the synergies for all involved, i.e., doctors and patients.
In this project, the enev-kit e5 30 was used. This provides the customer with a potential saving of 72,539 kWh per year + 14.58t CO2
